Group Fitness


Group fitness classes are a major part of what we do. Group fitness at ONE55 health & fitness is fun.

Our instructors are always looking at new ways to make group fitness different while also burning as many calories as possible at the same time.

We have classes for every fitness level. Whether you want to try our Yoga classes in the Mind Body Studio or the Awesome Abs class there is always something on to keep you motivated.

Studios


Main Studio

Accomodating between 80 - 100 people there is plenty of room to move throughout each class.

Mind & Body

This multi purpose room houses yoga, body balance, various circuit classes and personal training sessions.

Cycle Studio

If you want to test your endurance then try your one of our hot cycle classes throughout the week. Using music to set the pace of the classes these classes have an unlimited calorie burning potential.
















Zumba



Zumba is the latest group fitness addition to our group fitness schedule. See below at how easy the program is. Zumba is on Monday at 10.30am 5.30pm, Friday at 6.30pm and Saturday at 10.30am
