Our Vision



To be the "Venue of choice" that leads Western Sydney leisure and entertainment. If we are to achieve this goal then high standards to build a strong reputation in providing exceptional and consistent customer service are critical.

Our Mission



Rooty Hill RSL - "Venue of Choice"

We serve in providing progressive and friendly health, leisure and entertainment services and community support through local project involvement!


Our Purpose



There are 3 key overarching elements:
  • Firstly, we strive to proudly deliver consistent and exceptional customer service. We believe our customers have a choice and this keeps our customers coming back time and time again.
  • Secondly, we have a genuine desire to serve our local community both as a responsible local employer of choice and by initiating and partnering local development projects.
  • Thirdly, financially viable. The capacity to grow and develop along side our community. We believe medium and long-term profitability is the key measure if we are offering something of value to the community.

  • Teamwork:

We believe working together is core to providing a seamless and exceptional service to our customers. Getting on, being flexible, helping and encouraging one another are also paramount t o enjoying work and being productive. As team members, we honor doing our fair share, being accountable for our actions and working to our full potential to promote a culture of personal and team responsibility rather than blame.

  • Trust:

We believe in being open and respectful in our communications to one another. It builds trust and if we feel safe at work it will be reflected in positive attitudes and behaviors to our customers. We are not fearful of being honest with one another as long as we do so respectfully.

We believe in being interested, courteous, reliable and responsive to our diverse range of customers. We smile and ensure we provide value for money and efficient service. We are mindful of our body language in communicating with our customers and we ensure we have a positive customer attitude.

If we say we are going to do something we ensure it gets done. we set challenging goals, are interested in our work and have standards. we reach for the stars. That is, we do the best we can and then add some. the sky is the limit as we strive to be number one.
